Olivia Kwon Best is the GM of Adobe's Digital Strategy Group (DSG) for Retail & Consumer Goods. DSG provides strategic advisory services for omnichannel experience transformation for Adobe's enterprise customers.

Prior to joining Adobe in 2018, Olivia was the VP Omnichannel at Macy's Inc, where she led strategic initiatives to advance Macy's and Bloomingdale's marketing and digital capabilities. She owned 2 major programs: Personalization @ Scale and Marketing Ops, where she established capabilities in real-time omnichannel personalization, AI/ML decisioning, marketing automation, predictive analytics, creative production process improvements, and digital asset management.

Olivia also spent 15 years in strategy & operations consulting, most recently at Deloitte. She specialized in omnichannel strategy & transformation and merchandising optimization. She has a strong track record of designing and implementing omnichannel transformation programs, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver results. Over the course of her consulting career, she has advised a mix of fashion, department store, specialty, and mass retailers such as: Saks Fifth Avenue, J.Crew, Walmart, and Macy’s.

Olivia graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and resides in Westchester, NY with her family. She loves playing tennis, megaformer pilates, cooking, and traveling.
