Tom Pompei is the Senior Vice President on Publicis’ Creator Solutions team. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth of influencer and creator offerings through industry-leading market innovation, products and technology, all powered by Influential and additional Publicis agencies.
Prior to joining the Creator Solutions team, Tom spent four years within Publicis Groupe at MSL, as the Senior Vice President of Digital & Innovation. There he led their global influencer marketing product, which included oversight of the influencer technology stack and go-to-market strategy. Additionally in his role at MSL, Tom managed client relationships, leading teams of influencer marketing strategists executing campaigns for industry-leading consumer brands.
Tom’s career spans over 15 years as an integrated brand marketing leader, with expertise across influencer marketing, social media, communications, content strategy and creative activation. Earlier leadership roles include eight years at FleishmanHillard managing the New York Digital Practice, and Imre as Consumer Social Marketing and Activation Lead.
Tom and his family reside across the Hudson River in Hoboken. He dedicates his free time indoctrinating his two boys into his passions: sports, Nintendo and punk rock, which is working brilliantly.
