After obtaining a degree in Advertising from the University of Maryland, Stefani embarked on her professional journey at a full-service advertising agency in NYC. She worked across multiple categories, including retail, telecommunications, finance and beauty. After 9 years agency side, Stefani transitioned to client side, serving as the Corporate Media lead across the Revlon portfolio, a former client of hers, and then to Estee Lauder Companies overseeing media across their NA portfolio. After one more stint back agency side, overseeing the LVMH portfolio, Stefani joined Shiseido in January 2021 as the VP, Digital Marketing and Media lead for the Americas.
