Brad Strothkamp is Vice President Head of National Data, Insights and Engagement Solutions and serves on KPs Marketing Executive, Enterprise Experience, and Regional Experience Leadership teams.
His team leads platform, programs, measurement, and insights teams that impact all lines of business, regions, and enterprise functions across all KP audiences. His team leads enterprise KP work including Brand Health Measurement, CAHPS, real-time member feedback, satisfaction programs, marketing technology, and consumer data.
Brad's team vision is to ensure Kaiser Permanente's brand promise and value proposition is being faithfully delivered through our customer and member’s eyes. To do this, the team leverages critical customer listening posts, synthesizes and simplifies the voice of the customer, develops data-driven, quantifiable insights, and partners to drive enterprise strategies that support growth, retention and experience goals. The team also leads sales, marketing and experience data and technology investments that are transforming how KP creates and executes campaigns, journeys and experiences.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente in 2022, he held management and senior positions at Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and Forrester Research leading enterprise customer experience measurement, analytics and voice of the customer programs. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas (Go Jayhawks!) and his MBA from the University of Missouri. He has three children (two boys and a girl) and lives with his wife Christy in Belmont, CA.
