Bio
Liz DiLullo Brown is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Business Relationship Officer for Little League International, where she provides executive leadership across the organization's marketing, communications, business partnerships, philanthropy, and social impact efforts.

Since joining Little League in 2009, Brown has played a central role in the evolution of one of the world's most recognized youth sports organizations. Her leadership has helped strengthen and expand Little League's relationships with Major League Baseball, ESPN, and a broad portfolio of corporate partners and licensees, while advancing strategies designed to support local leagues, volunteers, families, and communities around the world. She has also helped guide Little League's digital transformation, content and fan-engagement strategies, and the renewal of the organization's brand and identity.

Brown has been a strong advocate for expanding access and opportunity in youth sports and has helped shape Little League's work around inclusion and participation. She has been instrumental in the development of the organization's award-winning Girls with Game® initiative, including its 50th anniversary celebration in 2024 recognizing five decades of girls participating in the Little League Baseball® program. Her work reflects a broader commitment to ensuring that the Little League experience continues to evolve for the next generation of players and families.

In 2018, Brown became the first woman in Little League International history to hold the title of Senior Vice President. She was elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Business Relationship Officer in 2024, expanding her leadership responsibilities to include Little League's Philanthropy and Social Impact efforts.

Before joining Little League, Brown built her career in sports, entertainment, sponsorship, and event marketing, holding positions with Velocity Sports and Entertainment (now MKTG), RedPeg Marketing, and Synergy Events.

Her contributions to the sports industry have earned national recognition. Brown was named a Sports Business Journal Game Changer in 2015 and was honored by Women in Sports and Events (WISE) - NYC in 2023. In 2025, she was also selected as a Made in the PSAC honoree as part of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's 75th anniversary, recognizing distinguished former student-athletes whose impact has extended well beyond collegiate athletics.

A former collegiate field hockey player at Kutztown University, Brown has remained closely connected to sports throughout her career - as an executive, mentor, volunteer, parent, and advocate for young athletes. She serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania, where she has also contributed to strategic planning. Brown believes deeply in the power of sports to develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, and community. Whether building partnerships, strengthening brands, mentoring emerging
professionals, or creating opportunities for young athletes, her leadership is grounded in a simple idea: sports can have a lasting impact when organizations put people and purpose at the center of the experience.
