I am a multi-faceted marketing leader experienced in building beloved brands and delivering strong commercial results across industries (FMCG, Beauty, Telco, Tourism, Finance, Consumer Electronics) and in multiple countries (UK, Ireland, Australia and Lithuania).

I’ve worked brand side for brand teams, in-house on creative & media teams, in-house on performance teams, brand side on eCommerce & design teams and agency side on creative teams.

A digital marketing expert, I am equally skilled in integrated comms planning, driving a seamless experience that delivers measurable success and grows brands sustainably over the long term. Passionate about creativity, innovation and culture, my career has been characterised by leading teams to build something new and better.

Most recently, I led the launch of Superdrug’s Retail Media network, and am now overseeing its ongoing strategy for success, working with the world’s largest CPGs and supporting our talented team in delivery of best-in-class campaigns.

Prior to this, I held a diverse range of senior marketing roles for Superdrug, PepsiCo and Virgin Media.

Highlights include establishing PepsiCo’s first inhouse creative and media agency to service its 30 multibillion dollar brands and driving Virgin Media’s transition to digital-first marketing and communications.

Outside of my day to day, I am an advisor for Enterprise Ireland, where I enjoy supporting Irish start-ups with expertise that helps them grow their businesses.
