Britt Polihronis is Assistant Vice President at Hy-Vee and Chief Operating Officer of RedMedia, where she leads the strategy, operations, and continued evolution of Hy-Vee’s retail media network. As COO, she oversees cross-functional execution, revenue growth, and media innovation —positioning RedMedia as a strategic growth engine and a high-impact network for brands.

Britt has focused on scaling the business, building high-performing teams, and strengthening RedMedia’s role within Hy-Vee’s broader omnichannel strategy.

Britt joined Hy-Vee in February 2024. She brings more than two decades of experience in digital strategy, retail media, and shopper marketing, including leadership roles at Merkle’s New Stream Media and Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide.
