Kathryn Mazza is an award-winning retail media and enterprise marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience, driving growth and transformation across leading retail organizations. She is widely recognized as an industry leader and influencer across both the buy and sell sides of media, known for building high-performance teams, modern marketing capabilities, and best-in-class retail media networks.
Most recently, Kathryn served as Chief Marketing Officer and President of RedMedia at Hy-Vee, where she led enterprise marketing and launched the company’s retail media network, scaling it from inception to sizeable revenue as a % of sales in under two years. She directed an integrated marketing organization across media, brand, analytics, loyalty, planning, and operations.
Previously, as VP of Media and GM of retail media at Dick’s Sporting Goods, she launched DICK’s Media and built it into a top-tier retail media network while overseeing the enterprise media program across SEM, social, CTV, OLV, programmatic, and linear tactics.
Kathryn is a recipient of the Mass Market Retailers Women of Influence Award and a Path to Purchase Institute Retail Media Award, and is a frequent speaker on retail media innovation, measurement, and growth strategy.
