Doug Jensen is SVP, Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics & Activation and Learning COE within the Enterprise Marketing & Data function at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). Doug has over 30 years of experience in the marketing analytics field.
• Doug oversees a corporate function for The Estée Lauder Companies that spans analytics, marketing technology, and best practice adoption for the company.
• Specifically, he leads the corporate Go-to-Market analytics and activation team, working in partnership with brands and regions to enable insights to action.
• Doug is responsible for the company’s marketing technology function, driving the company's consumer data, CRM/campaign management and retention marketing strategies.
• Within marketing measurement, Doug leads the company’s global market share reporting capability and built the company’s marketing mix modeling capability to measure the incrementality and ROI of the company’s advertising and promotion investments.
