Sammi Zola is the Mega Channel Shopper Marketing Director at Haleon (formerly GSK Consumer Health). In this role, Sammi is responsible for helping craft winning go-to-market strategic pillars for the channel. She then translates these pillars into insights driven and measurable shopper marketing strategies that cater to diverse retail channels including national & regional grocery, convenience, alt channel and beyond that drives consumer engagement, sales and share. She also serves as a key connector between the sales, shopper insights, strategy, media, and brand teams ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all channels.

Before assuming her current role, Sammi was the US Director of Connected Commerce where she led Haleon’s Commerce Center of Excellence responsible for shaping the future of commerce media investment, strategy, activation, and measurement across all retailers and brands – such as Advil, Sensodyne, Tums and Centrum –as well as overseeing retail media JBP negotiations and commerce performance marketing. Her team partnered cross-functionally with media, sales, marketing, retail, and analytics to deliver stronger returns and value contributing to Haleon’s enterprise strategy as well as strengthen retail relationships. Prior to Haleon, Sammi spent 10+ years in sales partnering with CPGs to deliver strategic activations across in-store, promotional, digital and influencer capabilities.

Sammi earned her B.S. in Business Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Sammi lives in Cincinnati, OH with her husband (Jory), their three kids Tyler (7), Austin (6) and Savannah (4) and their dog (Stanley).
