Steve brings 25+ years of global, cross functional experience spanning strategy, product, marketing and go-to-market; leveraged to kickstart new, scale existing, and transform start-up and multi-billion-dollar business environments.
Currently, Steve is Chief Revenue Officer at Bridg; an industry leader in identity resolution and retail media. Overseeing sales and marketing, Steve works with leading retailers and CPGs to expand and amplify 1st party data, enhance customer engagement and unlock profitable retail media partnerships.
Prior to this, Steve was the Chief Revenue Officer for several early stage, cloud native infrastructure companies (Snaproute, Pensa) as they drove initial penetration into the $15B edge computing market. In parallel, Dietch was a venture advisor for March Capital where he advised the partnership on market trends and investment opportunities across enterprise and consumer technology markets in addition to delivering strategic and operational guidance to portfolio companies.
Prior to this, Steve held a series of executive positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). He was Vice President of HPE’s $3B Service Provider Business, built and ran the global cloud Go-To-Market organization, drove the $2B worldwide private cloud effort, developed and managed the newly networking marketing organization with responsibility for achieving $3B of worldwide business, and owned marketing for the worldwide Communication & Media Solution business.
Steve is a former member of the United States National Cross-Country team which competed in the World Championships and is a fluent Swedish speaker. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Master of Science in computer science from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of California, Riverside.
