Mayuri Patel advises executives across GTM and technology roles with a strong focus on software and services organizations. Drawing from her extensive background in consulting and commercial roles, she leads the B2B market facing leadership segment within technology and professional services for the U.S. at Egon Zehnder. Her expertise is in advising enterprises and high-growth companies to address dynamic challenges in talent, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.​



Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mayuri lead several client services organizations for software startups in Silicon Valley. Prior to this, she built her career with Accenture in San Francisco, as a leader of the strategy consulting, sales transformation, and CRM practices over a span of nearly a decade.



Mayuri earned a BS in biomedical-biochemical engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She is dedicated to supporting the tech industry by advising SaaS companies, for example MINA, a marketplace for professional care providers serving new parents. She is an executive member of Pavillion and Neythri (dedicated to the advancement of South Asian female executives in Silicon Valley) and frequently publishes her perspectives of synergies between talent advisory and technology trends. Outside of work, Mayuri loves spending time adventuring outdoors with her family.
