Tiffany Tan leads the Commerce Growth Accelerator at The Clorox Company. With a diversified portfolio of trusted household brands such as Brita®, Burt's Bees®, Clorox®, Glad®, Hidden Valley®, and Kingsford®, Clorox products can be found in nine of 10 U.S. homes.
In her current role, Tiffany is responsible for enterprise digital commerce efforts including building eCom capabilities that enable Clorox’s continued growth and transformation, driving the digital shelf experience for Clorox brands, growing in emerging commerce channels and developing the ecom operating model at the company.
Tiffany began her career at Clorox in brand management and has held multiple leadership roles including leading consumer and shopper marketing teams, developing global commerce capability and leading the eCommerce marketing function. She also authored the award-winning blog, “Mom Moments: Coming Clean on Family, Work and Clorox,” one of the first corporate blogs in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Prior to Clorox, Tiffany worked at Nortel Networks, holding assignments in Canada, USA, Malaysia and Singapore.
A native of Toronto, Canada, Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western University (Canada) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
