As Head of Growth & Partnerships, Chase Media Solutions, Doug leads the team responsible for enabling Chase’s clients to maximize the value they gain from our new transaction-based marketing platform that can reach the 80 million digitally active people who bank on Chase. This role further builds on his 20+ years of bringing to market and scaling transformative consumer engagement and marketing services built on payments data.
Doug came to JPMorgan Chase via their acquisition of Figg in 2022, where he was Chief Growth Officer leading numerous teams including Product, Business Development, Partnerships, Project Management, and Client Success, and grew the business to serve over 65M cards and 15K merchants.
Prior to Figg, he spent nine years at Visa leading the launch, global commercialization, client solutioning and technical implementation of Visa’s full suite of loyalty products, campaign platforms, advertising services, and open-banking real-time API services. These products benefitted organizations of all sizes and across every global region, including large banks, leading co-brands, disruptive fintechs, hospitality providers, and well-known retailers. Before Visa, he launched numerous first-of-its kind loyalty and card-linked offer programs at Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and Discover Card.
Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Sport Marketing and an MBA in Information Systems from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, United States. His passion outside the office is endurance sports, including competing in marathons and triathlons. He and his family live in Redwood City, CA, where he volunteers with Redwood City Parks & Arts to provide community enrichment and entertainment events. He is also on the Board of the California State Parks Foundation, focused on enhancing California's incredible 280 state parks.
