Marco Steinsieck is Head of Sephora Media Network for Sephora North America. He oversees the vision, strategy, product development, and operations for all onsite and offsite media advertising for Sephora's retail media network.
Marco is an experienced retail media leader who has led the creation and growth of retail media networks across B2B, B2C, and luxury businesses. Marco was instrumental in the launch of Sephora Media Network, which aims to empower Sephora’s brands with the digital media capabilities they need to inspire Sephora’s clients.
Prior to joining Sephora, Marco led the development and expansion of Staples’ retail media network. Before that, he served as Head of Business Development for DraftKings. Marco earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brown University.
