Sarah Hofstetter is an entrepreneurial executive with a 25-year track record of driving high revenue growth and outsized shareholder value. Currently on the Board of Directors at Campbell Soup Company, she also serves as President of Profitero and co-hosts the Brave Commerce Podcast syndicated by Adweek. Sarah has fostered trusted partnerships with C-Suite leaders, senior leadership teams, and boards of directors, implementing strategies that yield sales, profit, and enduring competitive differentiation.
Since joining Profitero in early 2020, Sarah oversaw its growth, doubling in size and expanding capabilities, earning trust from global brands like Colgate Palmolive, Kraft Heinz, and Kimberly Clark, and evolving from eCommerce SaaS analytics to comprehensive commerce acceleration. Publicis Groupe acquired Profitero in early 2022.
Before her current roles, Sarah spent many years at the award-winning advertising agency 360i, the last five as CEO, growing the agency in size & breadth by continually aligning company offerings with shifts in consumer behavior. She transformed 360i from a search engine marketing vendor in 2005 into a social media leader and eventually a full-service digitally-led agency. She worked with brands like OREO, HBO and Absolut to capitalize on change to foster global business growth; consequently, Ad Age consistently recognized 360i among the top 10 national advertising agencies during her tenure as CEO and President.
Sarah's career began at IDT/Net2Phone, a VoIP pioneer, where she spent nearly a decade in various public relations and investor relations roles.
Sarah's achievements include induction into the AAF Advertising Hall of Achievement, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association Hall of Fame, and named to Adweek’s Power 50, Ad Age’s Leading Women, and Working Mother’s 50 Most Powerful Moms.
Beyond her career, Sarah takes pride in her children Abby (24) and Sam (22). She is dedicated to mentorship, co-founding EVE, a mentorship community elevating women in the commerce industry.
