Elpida enjoys working in small or large, matrixed organizations that focus on delivering insights and analytics solutions across multiple domains including marketing, finance, real estate, e-commerce, supply chain, human resources, merchandising, planning, digital and brick & mortar operations. Throughout her career, she has developed and refined a macro perspective and an approach that connects Data Strategy, Reporting, Visualization, Advanced Analytics, Testing, Measurement and Research, all the components of the analytics infrastructure that enables personalization and supports a company’s sustained, strategic growth.
